Saginaw Future Directions

Saginaw Future offices are on the third floor of the Saginaw Commerce Tower; which is located at 515 N. Washington Ave.; Saginaw, MI 48607. Parking is located in our private lot behind the building.

From the South

Take I-75 North to I-675 North. Exit at 5th/6th Avenue. Stay in the right lane and follow the service drive (Wadsworth, which becomes Carroll) until it ends at Washington Ave. Turn right onto Washington. The Tower Building will be immediately on your left side – enter at the drive just north of the building.

From the North 

Take I-75 South to I-675 South. Exit at Jefferson Avenue. Stay in the right lane of the service drive and follow the curve to the right (you are now on Jefferson Avenue). Turn right at the first light (Johnson Street). Turn right at the next light (Washington Ave.). Continue straight on Washington, going under the 675 overpass. The Tower Building will be on your left side, just after the overpass – enter at the drive just north of the building.

From Lansing 

Take I-69 East to M-13 North. (M-13 becomes Washington Avenue in the City of Saginaw.) Follow Washington through downtown Saginaw, crossing under the 675 overpass. The Tower Building will be on your left side, just after the overpass – enter at the drive just north of the building.
