Saginaw County has established itself as a regional service area for Professional Services, such as accounting and legal specialties. Saginaw County is headquarters for some of the state’s largest accounting firms including; Andrews Hooper & Pavlik P.L.C., Rehmann and Yeo & Yeo, P.C., CPA.

Rehmann is the state’s fourth largest accounting firm. The company recently merged with two other Michigan accounting firms and has more than 600 employees statewide. Rehmann, with 13 offices throughout the state, was named one of the best accounting firms to work for in the country by Accounting Today and stands alone as the only Michigan-based firm to receive the award.

Three-hundread and five Saginaw County Finance & Insurance companies employ 2,993 people with an annual payroll of $166,255,000.

They serve as technological and workforce drivers in the community. Morely Companies invested $7.5 million in 2009 creating 1,350 jobs.
