As a public/private partnership, SFI is funded in part by the governmental units we work with. But most of our funding comes from the private sector – in the form of contributions from businesses and individuals who recognize the value of our work to the community.

It’s critical that we continue the work we have done for the last 15 years – and to make the most of the economic development momentum we’ve helped generate. But we can only do it with support of contributors. We would like you to become one of them.

Our Campaign for Tomorrow’s Growth will raise $2 million over three years. As one of the state’s most efficiently run economic development organizations, SFI will use $1 million of those funds for three years’ worth of operational expenses – ensuring that we can have the best people giving Saginaw County the best results.

The remaining $1 million will become a multi-purpose revolving fund that will allow us to take advantage of unique and timely opportunities.

We will only reach that goal with your help. Your support will allow Saginaw Future to continue its business development and attraction efforts – helping Saginaw County businesses take advantage of our economic momentum.

Your support will help us continue working to influence local issues and developments, such as Project Delphi, using our momentum to help create new opportunities.

Your support will advance our initiatives to develop emerging industries such as medical devices and photovoltaics, which will help generate new momentum in the alternative energy and life science industries.
