The following are companies
Saginaw Future Inc. (SFI) assisted with expansion projects and those firms
locating in Saginaw County during the 2nd quarter of 2006.
Expansions

AHB Tooling & Machinery, Inc. is expanding in
Kochville Township, adding five new employees and investing $240,000 in
its operations. The company recently purchased a competitor in the
Detroit area in order to expand its market presence in southeast Michigan,
which led to the hiring of five new employees at its Saginaw County
headquarters. The Saginaw County Revolving Loan Fund provided a working
capital loan.

CIGNYS Corporation will be investing in two of its
facilities in Saginaw County. CIGNYS is purchasing equipment for its
Bridgeport Facility and Shields Manufacturing division in Thomas
Township. The new equipment will allow the corporation to extend its
product line. CIGNYS will invest $307,904 and hire four new employees.

General Machine Service is investing $145,000 in new equipment in
order to advance and develop its client base. The company, located in
Buena Vista Charter Township's Morley Industrial Park, expects to hire
four employees as a result of the investment. SFI is assisting General
Machine and Buena Vista with an investment incentive. The company
specializes in blueprint tooling and workholding manufacturing.

Hehr Glass Company recently purchased new equipment that will allow
the company to provide a requested type of glass to its current customer
base. Hehr Glass, located in the Village of Chesaning, invested $347,000
and is expected to hire nine employees due to the new product line. The
company's products are used in very diverse projects, such as zoos,
aquariums, baseball parks and prisons.

Merrill Tool & Machines Inc. has once again increased its building
size and purchased new equipment due to increased demand for its products
and services. SFI assisted the company and the Village of Merrill on
revision of its 2005 investment incentive request that has been reworked
due to the increased investment.

R&M Machine Tool, Inc. located in Tittabawassee Township's Village
of Freeland, is investing $82,500. The new expansion project provides
floor space for black oxidization of parts. R&M Machine currently employs
23 workers and expects to add a new employee due to the investment. The
company was established in 1996.
Attractions

InCal Technologies has two new Buena Vista Charter Township
locations and specializes in providing dimensional calibration and Zeiss
inspection coverage. SFI is assisting the company and the community with
an incentive on a $75,000 investment and future job training needs. InCal
plans to hire a total of 14 new employees at both of its facilities.

K&K Technology, Inc. is a start-up engineering and design firm in
the City of Saginaw that is investing $100,000. The firm intends to hire
three full-time and two part-time employees. In order to attain working
capital to sustain this new development, K&K Technology received a loan
from the East Central Michigan Revolving Loan Fund. SFI assisted K&K
Technology with its loan application and submission.

Micron Precision Machining is a new high-tech company in Buena
Vista Charter Township that specializes in prototyping and precision
details from metals and plastics. Micron purchased $410,000 worth of
computer machining equipment. The company currently employs 21 people,
and will be adding six employees and retaining four.

Rigger Lift by Klassic is a high capacity rigger truck manufacturer
that expanded its business from Davison to Chesaning Township. The
community rezoned property that was formerly home to Heritage Equipment on
M-57, near the M-52 interchange. Rigger's Chesaning location has three
employees and is expected to hire an additional three employees as a
result of the $125,000 investment.
In the 2nd quarter of 2006, SFI assisted
11 companies that invested $2.685 million that will create 57 new jobs and
retain four.
